CampionPickworth is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit Assistant Managers and Managers into its Insurance Finance Advisory team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for professionals with an insurance accounting background to work on complex IFRS 17 programmes, finance transformation initiatives and technical accounting engagements across some of the UK's largest insurers. You'll combine your technical accounting expertise with a client-facing role, helping organisations navigate regulatory change, improve financial reporting and strengthen their finance functions.

Essential requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience within Insurance Audit, Accounting Advisory, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting or Finance Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17, with exposure to its implementation, interpretation or ongoing application.
- Experience advising on or working with IFRS 9, UK GAAP and/or Solvency II / Solvency UK.
- Experience reviewing financial statements, technical accounting papers or accounting policy.
- Understanding of internal controls, SOX or risk and control frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting finance transformation or finance change programmes.
- Exposure to operating model design or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience designing, assessing or testing financial controls.
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory reporting and governance.
- Previous experience working with large insurers or within a professional services environment.
