Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £110,000 - £160,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client is looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful implementation of AI programmes across a growing insurance organisation.
You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring AI initiatives move from concept to production whilst delivering measurable operational and financial benefits.
The role will involve working closely with claims, underwriting, operations, technology and data teams to ensure successful delivery of multiple AI workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation programmes within large scale insurance companies.
- Manage AI project portfolios and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors and consulting partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define delivery metrics and business outcomes.
- Manage programme risks and dependencies.
- Support AI adoption and change management activities.
- Communicate progress to senior leadership.

Experience Required
- Strong programme or project delivery background within insurance.
- Experience delivering AI, data or automation initiatives within insurance.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes.
