Duration: Fixed Term Contract - up to 18 months

About The Role
SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a [job title] to join our South Ockendon office.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional administrative support to the team, delivering high levels of service to brokers and customer; whilst learning the job, building knowledge and skills to gain an apprenticeship qualification and preparing for going out into the workplace.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and support existing commercial insurance customers, providing a professional and efficient service.
- Process policy renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and associated documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records, process payments in line with company procedures, and support credit control activities.
- Work within delegated authority levels, referring non-standard risks to insurers when required.
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and agreed performance objectives.

What you'll need to have
- Eager to learn and develop new skills through workplace experience and apprenticeship training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
- Professional, reliable, and committed, consistently demonstrating company values.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers.
What makes you stand out
- Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
