We’re hiring Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager level to join a high-impact UK Insurance Architecture team.
Locations: Bath | Bristol | London | Hybrid
Mobility: Up to 100%
This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading insurers, life offices, wealth managers and platform providers, helping shape major technology decisions and deliver transformational change.

We're looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in technology
- Experience across architecture, data, applications, cloud, integration or security
- Strong ability to bridge business and technology
- Ideally, experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry
- A genuine interest in AI/GenAI and its impact on insurance
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
- A desire to develop deep expertise and shape the future of insurance technology
Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
