Insurance Architect
Insurance Technology & Digital Transformation
Location: London / Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits Package
About the Role
We're supporting a leading consulting organisation looking to expand its specialist Financial Services architecture team.
This is an opportunity to work with major insurers, wealth managers and financial institutions, helping shape complex technology transformation programmes across cloud, applications, data and emerging AI capabilities. You'll play a key role in defining future-state architectures, supporting strategic technology decisions and helping organisations modernise their technology estates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contributing to enterprise and solution architecture engagements across Insurance and Financial Services clients.
- Defining target-state architectures, roadmaps and integration strategies.
- Working across applications, integration, cloud and data transformation initiatives.
- Supporting platform modernisation and large-scale transformation programmes.
- Building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Producing architecture artefacts, design documentation and technical recommendations.
- Contributing to innovation initiatives across AI, automation and digital transformation.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in technology, architecture or engineering-focused roles.
- Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to data, applications, cloud, integration or security technologies.
- Understanding of data architecture concepts and modern data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, FNZ, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar would be highly beneficial.
- Interest in emerging technologies including AI and cloud transformation.
