Role Description
The Insurance Broker at Finance Magic™ will advise individuals and businesses on insurance products that complement their broader financial plans. This full-time remote role involves assessing client needs, reviewing existing coverage, and recommending suitable insurance solutions across areas such as life, health, property, and retirement-related products. The Insurance Broker will handle policy quotations, comparisons, and applications, coordinate with insurance providers, and support clients throughout the onboarding and renewal processes. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, explaining terms and coverage options in clear language, and maintaining accurate client records in alignment with regulatory requirements. The Insurance Broker will collaborate with finance and product teams to ensure that insurance offerings align with Finance Magic’s digital tools and overall financial empowerment mission.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with experience advising clients on a range of insurance products.
- Strong Finance knowledge, including familiarity with financial planning concepts and integration of insurance within broader financial strategies.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage inquiries, and support clients through complex decisions.
- Experience or working knowledge in Retirement Planning, particularly around insurance products that support long-term financial security.
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses for insurance brokerage, as required by applicable regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and insurance concepts in accessible terms.
- Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and CRM or policy management systems; strong organizational and time-management skills.
