Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Handler role based in Teynham. The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients, handling day-to-day enquiries, preparing quotations, processing policy renewals, adjustments, and cancellations. The Account Handler supports clients by reviewing coverage, explaining policy terms, and liaising with insurers to obtain appropriate solutions. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, following compliance procedures, and supporting colleagues with administrative and client service tasks as needed.
