Job Description
If you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns and learning how products are improved, this is an opportunity to build your experience in insurance product management at The AA.
You’ll support our Product Managers with the day-to-day management and development of insurance products, bringing together product performance, customer feedback, and operational data to help inform evidence-based decisions. You’ll also contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments, market research, launches, and product changes.

This is a junior role where you can build confidence and capability while working with colleagues across Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Digital, Compliance, and Regulatory. You’ll thrive if you’re organised, curious, comfortable working with data, and keen to contribute to better customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and present product data and performance metrics to give Product Managers clear information for evidence-based decisions.
- Analyse customer feedback, product performance, and operational data to identify trends or concerns and support better customer outcomes.
- Contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments, and market research to help keep products customer-focused, compliant, and competitive.
- Support day-to-day product management, launches, and product changes so activity across the portfolio is well coordinated.
- Suggest practical product and management information improvements that help the team work efficiently and strengthen product insight.
- Work with Compliance and Regulatory colleagues to support product tracking, governance materials, and agreed product actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, and Digital teams, preparing clear reports, presentations, and recommendations that support product improvements.
Qualifications
What Do I Need?
- Some experience in a product, commercial, operations, or insurance-related role, with an interest in developing your product knowledge.
- An analytical mindset and good attention to detail, with the ability to turn information into clear, useful insight.
- Confidence using Excel and reporting tools to organise, analyse, and present data.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with colleagues across different teams.
- A customer-focused approach, with commercial awareness and an interest in how products can deliver good outcomes.
