About Jove
Jove Insurance is a fast-growing digital insurance business providing commercial insurance solutions through direct sales, brokers and distribution partners. As our broker network and direct sales operations grow, we are looking for a highly organised and service-oriented Insurance Broker Support & Sales Operations Assistant.
This is a hybrid role combining broker customer service, sales administration and CRM management. You will help brokers successfully access and use Jove’s platform, respond to day-to-day enquiries, and ensure our sales and management teams have complete and accurate information in the CRM.
The Role
You will act as a central point of support between Jove’s broker partners, sales teams and management.
Externally, you will help brokers set up their accounts, obtain or restore platform access, understand how to submit business and resolve general questions.
Internally, you will support the Broker and B2B Sales teams by keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, recording activity and deal progress, and maintaining reliable data for management reporting and dashboards.
This role would suit someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable communicating with both external partners and internal teams. You do not need to be an underwriter, but you should be confident coordinating insurance enquiries and ensuring they reach the correct person when technical input is required.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Support and Activation
- Contact broker firms and individual broker users to arrange account creation and platform access.
- Guide broker members through login, onboarding and initial platform activation.
- Follow up with brokers who have not yet logged in, submitted a quote or started using the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of broker firms, individual users, access status and activation progress.
- Respond promptly and professionally to general broker questions by email, telephone and other communication channels.
- Help brokers navigate the platform and understand how to obtain quotes, submit risks and access relevant documents.
- Resolve straightforward administrative or platform enquiries and escalate technical, underwriting or coverage questions to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up internally to ensure broker queries are answered and closed.
- Build positive working relationships with broker users and provide a consistently high standard of service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
