About AInsurCo

AInsurCo is an insurance-focused consulting and technology firm helping insurers transform their businesses through a combination of deep insurance expertise, technology, data and AI. We work across the insurance value chain, supporting clients with business transformation, operating model design, actuarial, exposure management, underwriting, data, technology and AI-enabled solutions.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Business Architect to work with leading insurers on strategic transformation programmes. You will work with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, assess their current operating model and design the future-state capabilities, processes and operating model required to achieve their goals. You will act as the bridge between insurance business strategy, domain expertise and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define current and future-state insurance business capabilities and operating models.
  • Lead business architecture and transformation assessments across underwriting, actuarial, exposure management, claims, finance, risk and operations.
  • Design Target Operating Models (TOMs) and transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, AI and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Translate business strategy into practical transformation initiatives and business cases.
  • Work with technology and data teams to ensure solutions address the underlying business need.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Support build vs buy, platform selection and transformation strategy decisions.
  • Contribute to AInsurCo's development of AI-enabled insurance solutions, accelerators and intellectual property.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
