Based in our Lincoln City Centre office 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days working remotely

Insurance Claims Facilitator - The Opportunity

  • Taking ownership of claims from submission through to resolution, ensuring each case is handled accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating clear resolutions to landlords, guarantors, letting agents, and tenants, keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Managing all insurance aspects of the claims journey, from reviewing evidence through to conclusion
  • Overseeing repayment arrangements as part of the resolution process
  • Responding to inbound queries and working with internal and external stakeholders to keep claims moving forward

What we need from you

  • Experience working in a process-driven, administrative environment where delivering great customer service is at the heart of what you do
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders, both over the phone and in writing
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage your own caseload, and keep on top of service levels
  • A positive, practical approach and the ability to stay calm, focused, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of software, ideally including Salesforce and Microsoft packages
