📍 Responsible for communication and claims support Location: Lincoln City Centre office (2 days/week) + 3 days remote

About Us

💛Our mission: To be the gold standard platform for renting. Two in five UK homes are rented, so we’re here to make renting simple, transparent, and beneficial for everyone involved—agents, landlords, and tenants.

We built Goodlord to meet the needs of Generation Rent, which demands digital solutions, and we’ve grown into something bigger: a thriving team of 320+ Goodlordians, 3,000+ letting agents, and innovations we’re proud of.

The Role

As a Claims Resolution & Communication Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding our mission by:

  • Negotiating fair resolutions between landlords, guarantors, letting agents, and tenants to ensure smooth, equitable outcomes.
  • Overseeing insurance claims from submission to resolution, ensuring every step is handled efficiently.
  • Managing repayment arrangements post-resolution and delivering optimal outcomes.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to inquiries from internal (e.g., our team) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners).
  • Supporting our broader claims and financial process-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between all parties involved in dispute or claim cases.
  • Manage a diverse and high-volume caseload with precision and care.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the first point of contact, fostering clear, empathetic communication.
  • Work under pressure with composure, maintaining calm and professionalism.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
