Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll take ownership of smaller claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring they are handled efficiently, fairly and in accordance with company procedures.

For larger, more complex or higher-value claims, you'll ensure all relevant information is obtained before referring the claim to NFU Mutual's Head Office Claims team, while continuing to support customers and keep them informed of progress.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with policyholders and third parties, and delivering a high standard of customer care at every stage. Working closely with colleagues, you'll also play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

As your knowledge and experience develops, you'll also have the opportunity to support wider Agency activities, including customer service, policy administration and identifying opportunities to discuss NFU Mutual products and services with existing and prospective customers.
