Insurance Client Service Advisor, (Chelmsford)

Aon’s UK Retail business is currently recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join our Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) team!
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chelmsford office.

- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
- Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
- Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience within commercial insurance is desirable and will be an advantage.
- Currently working towards, or with a genuine desire to undertake, professional insurance qualifications.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and deliver work accurately and on time.
- A strong understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.
