Description

Enva is hiring an Insurance Coordinator to join our Insurance team based in Linwood. This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 37.5h a week

In this role, you will support the end-to-end insurance process, developing and managing policy placement, ensuring appropriate cover levels, managing policy terms and conditions, and aligning the insurance programme with business goals across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and acting as the main liaison between the business and Enva’s brokers and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake the annual renewal of the Group insurance programme and examine policy documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee underwriting data collection and create insurance submissions to ensure adherence to the Insurance Act 2015 requirements.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of claims across all insurance lines.
  • Provide professional and timely insurance advice across the organisation.
  • Analyse and interpret claims data to produce regular reports, including claims analysis reports for directors and senior managers.
  • Provide support on property and casualty surveys with insurers and facilitate operational risk surveys and workshops at local business units, issuing recommendation reports and providing feedback to the broker and insurers at regular intervals.
  • Provide support to the business on projects such as the installation of new plant and machinery, ensuring adequate insurance levels and compliance with policy terms and conditions.
  • Manage and track insurance costs to the business, making sure provisions are made for policy deductibles.
  • Provide support to the Insurance Administrator sharing knowledge and continuous learning.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures to ensure processes are efficient. Enhancing collaboration between internal and external partners.
  • This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out other duties that meet the requirements of this role.

  • Experience in insurance renewal process
  • Working in the manufacturing or waste management industry is preferable
