Role Description
The Insurance Financial Advisor will provide remote, full-time advisory services focused on insurance and financial planning solutions for individual and business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying protection and insurance needs
- Recommending appropriate products and strategies

The role involves developing customized plans for risk management, income protection, retirement, and long-term financial security. The advisor will:
- Maintain ongoing client relationships
- Review and adjust plans as circumstances change
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Collaboration with internal teams, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with clients are key parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and overall Finance to analyze client needs and build comprehensive strategies.
- Experience in Retirement Planning to design long-term, sustainable income and protection solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Insurance products and markets to advise on life, health, and protection policies.
- Understanding of Investments to integrate insurance solutions within broader wealth and asset strategies.
- Relevant professional certification or licensing in financial advising, insurance, or related fields (e.g., CFP, insurance licenses) preferred.
- Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance advising, or mortgage and protection advisory is an advantage.
