Insurance Manager – Corporate Insurance & Risk (Financial Services)

£675–£775 per day Inside IR35
12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Hybrid – London

A leading global financial markets organisation is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join its Group Treasury function, supporting one of the most sophisticated corporate insurance programmes in the UK market.

Ideal Background

If you've got a blend of broker and in-house environments, combining strong market knowledge with hands-on ownership of corporate insurance programmes. Experience within financial services and Financial Lines insurance then you are the right person for this role.

This role sits within a small, high-performing team responsible for protecting a complex international business operating across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory environments and risk profiles. Working closely with senior treasury leadership and the wider finance organisation, you'll have genuine influence over insurance strategy, governance and risk transfer decisions across the group.

The position has arisen to cover a senior leader during maternity leave, creating an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with significant stakeholder exposure and the potential for longer-term opportunities for the right individual.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
