• Conducting technical checks on insurance documentation to ensure accuracy, identifying discrepancies or errors within the documentation, and using specific IT-based systems to support the technical process with supervision or referral where applicable.
• Liaising with customers and brokers to resolve queries and issues related to the work being processed.
• Taking ownership of your own workload to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
• Inputting details into databases to initiate settlements and process updates.
• Completing accurate reporting associated with the work being processed.
• Supporting and contributing to innovation and process improvement projects.
• Reviewing and validating insurance documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Meeting agreed service levels in respect of quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.
