To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we're looking for an Insurance Process Administrator to join our Insurance Team.
As the Process Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our Insurance Team, offering support to the insurance sales teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for ensuring business and customer processes are accurate and up to date.
In this role, you'll be:
- Compiling and sending insurance policy documentation to customers within an agreed timeframe
- Monitoring and reporting on documentation accuracy
- Processing cancellations of insurance policies and issuing refunds to customers
- Managing team inboxes through the allocation and completion of emails
- Creating daily case reports and case allocation
- Working towards progressive targets

- Confident in working with various stakeholders
- Effective communication skills and time management skills
- Can deliver on KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Act with the highest ethical standards due to the regulatory environment within the Insurance team
- Able to work the basics of Microsoft office products, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Laser-focused on your attention to detail
- Enthusiastic with a positive/can-do mindset
