About FintechOS
FintechOS is the AI platform for financial product operations — purpose-built to help banks, credit unions, and insurers design, launch, and evolve financial products dramatically faster than traditional methods.
Our platform sits above existing core systems, enabling institutions to modernize without rip-and-replace, and to innovate without rebuilding from scratch.
Why This Role Exists
Insurance organizations are facing increasing pressure to modernize legacy systems, accelerate product innovation, improve customer experiences, and respond to changing regulatory requirements.
FintechOS enables insurers to navigate this transformation successfully. As our customer footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex customer-facing transformation initiatives across the insurance sector.
This role exists to ensure successful program execution while strengthening strategic customer relationships. You will act as the central point of coordination between customer stakeholders, FintechOS teams, and partner organizations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful realization of business outcomes.
You will help customers move beyond implementation and toward sustainable transformation, balancing delivery excellence, stakeholder management, governance, and long-term customer success.
The Opportunity
While strong governance, planning, and delivery oversight are critical, success in this position is defined by your ability to lead transformation programs, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through the FintechOS platform.
You will oversee a portfolio of strategic insurance programs, managing complex dependencies across business and technology teams while collaborating with delivery managers, solution architects, consultants, and customer leadership.
Operating at the intersection of transformation leadership, customer engagement, and program execution, you will play a key role in ensuring customer success throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Act as the primary escalation point throughout the program lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
