Job Description
As an Insurance Quality Lead at Bionic Services Limited, you will drive compliant growth within the fast-growing SME commercial insurance division. Based in London, you’ll balance hands-on broker coaching with rigorous quality assurance, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and regulatory adherence. What You Will Do
- Lead monthly coaching cycles by reviewing broker calls and files, delivering structured feedback to uplift sales practice, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Conduct risk-based QA reviews and post-call audits to ensure alignment with FCA guidance, Consumer Duty, and internal governance frameworks.
- Chair monthly quality huddles to translate MI data into practical themes, collaborating with technical and compliance teams to refine wording and guardrails.
The ideal candidate
- Proven expertise in Commercial SME insurance distribution, ideally with experience in a high-energy telesales broking environment.
- Strong background in sales coaching and quality assurance with a deep understanding of current FCA expectations and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex MI data to identify root causes and implement effective, compliant process improvements across sales teams.
