IPS Group Regional Insurance Team Recruitment
The IPS Group Regional Insurance team is seeking an individual who can become an influential figure in Underwriting or Finance Recruitment within the UK Insurance market, working as part of a successful recruitment team in the regional insurance market.
About the Role
This will be a varied role working closely with clients and candidates to develop existing relationships and develop new opportunities. IPS Group have a longstanding reputation of being a leader in the specialist insurance recruitment market known well within the industry.
Following a period of substantial growth and success within the region, we are looking to build on that to bring a new Consultant to the team to further establish ourselves as the leading recruitment solution to Insurance business's UK wide. We have a wide network of clients within the underwriting and broking sector of insurance and require additional resource to grow the already successful region.
This is all about having the skills to engage, build trust, ask good questions and then apply what you hear to the benefit of the candidates and clients you are working with. Generating repeat business and recommendations as a result.

In addition, you will need:
- Previous recruitment experience within a relatable sector or industry experience within insurance or finance with the desire and motivation to succeed within recruitment.
- A strong track record of delivering results through consultative, relationship-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by achieving excellence for clients and candidates alike.
