We’re recruiting for an Insurance Representative to join our NI Van Team!
The role of the Insurance Representative is to deliver a consistent quality service to all customers to deliver profitable growth through new business sales and renewals.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide support in all aspects of the role regarding Commercial Insurance, to deliver key objectives as set out in the commercial business plan.
- Support the delivery of commercial profitability and sustainability, with strong premium and PIF.
- Deliver a professional, sales focused ‘telephone based’ customer experience.
- Support full customer engagement and sales optimization through a combination of inbound and outbound telephony, together with fulfilment activity.
- Ensure maximum value is realised from every customer engagement through full cross sell and upsell optimization.
- Promote simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-first convenience, with a ‘human touch’ approach, eliminating inefficient, non-value activities.
- Support efficient prioritisation of workloads and resources to deliver key objectives, including product specific initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory/legislative requirements and governance procedures/policies, to conduct business in a fully compliant manner.
- Ensure adherence to expense procedures.
- Participate in cross functional departmental projects when required.
- Identify market trends through local data analysis and provide feedback / insight for change consideration.

- No experience required, all we ask for is great customer service skills as customers are at the heart of what we do and if you're as passionate about helping customers as we are, you’re already one step closer
- Friendly tone & good communication skills
- Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets
- Computer literate, with the ability to effectively learn the navigation of multiple systems
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C and above – including Maths and English) or education equivalent
This recruitment campaign will be used to support permanent, temporary and/or extension for any upcoming similar positions.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
