Insurance Sales Advisor
Manchester City Centre | Monday-Friday | No Evenings or Weekends
£28,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist insurance business. Whether your background is in telesales, contact centres, customer service, retail sales or insurance, this is an opportunity to develop your skills, maximise your earning potential and build a long-term career within a successful and supportive organisation.

You'll be speaking with customers who have already enquired about insurance, received quotes, have renewals due, or are returning customers. Your role is to understand their needs, provide expert guidance and help them secure the right cover.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Contacting customers who have received quotes but haven't yet purchased
- Following up renewals and re-engaging lapsed customers
- Handling inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers
- Converting opportunities into sales while delivering exceptional customer service
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities across a range of specialist insurance products
- Processing quotations, renewals and policy changes
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email and live chat
- Working towards individual and team sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For:
You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, is motivated by targets and takes pride in delivering great customer outcomes.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, retention or contact centre environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident and resilient approach when handling objections
- Experience working towards targets or KPI’s
- The ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous insurance or financial services experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
