Insurance Sales Agent

September Start Date
Location: Ashford, Kent
Base Salary: from £27,500
On-Target Earnings: £60,000 - £85,000 (Uncapped)

What you will be doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
  • Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected
  • No cold calling – you'll speak to customers who have already shown interest in life insurance
