Insurance Sales Executive

Salary: £30K - £45K DOE

Location: Oxford/Hybrid

My client specialises in delivering expert risk solutions for complex, high-stakes challenges across a range of sectors. From professional indemnity insurance to bespoke risk management services, their work reflects precision, adaptability, and a genuine appetite for solving problems others shy away from.

You'd be joining a team of ambitious, driven people who take initiative rather than wait for it. They move quickly, back good ideas, and recognise the people who put in the work.

About the Role

This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys being on the phone and building relationships. You'll proactively contact businesses to identify and qualify commercial insurance opportunities, build rapport with key decision-makers, and book appointments that support our new business pipeline. It's well suited to a self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
