Insurance Sales Director

Location: UK (Remote)

We're partnering exclusively with an established data and technology business that has been trusted by the UK insurance market for more than 40 years. Following recent private equity investment, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the launch of a genuinely market-changing proposition designed to tackle one of the industry's biggest commercial challenges.

Already adopted by several major insurers and brokers, the product has proven market demand and significant growth potential. The ambition now is to scale the proposition into a multi-million-pound recurring revenue business over the next three to four years.

To achieve this, we're looking to appoint an Enterprise Sales Leader who can open doors at the highest levels of the UK insurance market and lead that commercial journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will be the key driving force behind the growth ambition for the product. Building on an already established platform, inheriting a high-performing team, and the entrepreneurial autonomy to help shape this into a key pillar of the business. This isn’t an over-corporatised environment where decision-making is slow and laborious, instead, you will be encouraged, empowered, and trusted to bring ideas to the table and act on them.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading enterprise sales activity across the UK insurance market.
  • Developing relationships with executive stakeholders at major brokers and insurers.
  • Driving strategic growth of a market-leading proposition.
