Insurance Sales Specialist Broker
Farnborough | £25,000 to £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Realistic First Year OTE £50,000+

The Role
You'll be speaking with customers who have expressed an interest in life insurance and protection products, helping them understand their options and guiding them towards suitable solutions.
Working in a high energy, supportive team environment, you'll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you maximise your success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers who have requested protection information
- Building rapport and understanding individual circumstances
- Explaining available protection options in a clear and professional manner
- Converting enquiries into successful sales
- Managing your own pipeline and follow up activity
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process

You should possess:

- Strong objection handling abilities
- A willingness to learn and develop
- The motivation to exceed targets and maximise earnings
Previous protection or insurance experience is helpful but not essential.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000

Career Progression

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 7:00pm (rota basis)
- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location
Farnborough, Hampshire
Office based role with excellent transport links and parking nearby.
