Job Description:

We're building something special at DXC Technology!!

DXC Technology is committed to building diverse, inclusive teams. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and particularly encourage interest from women, underrepresented groups, and neurodivergent candidates. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the hiring process and are dedicated to creating a supportive, accessible environment for everyone.

About the Role

In our Insurance Software organisation, we’re shaping the digital future of insurance across EMEA through innovation, expertise, and a culture built on trust, autonomy, and collaboration.

We operate in a flexible, open environment where proactive minds thrive, ideas turn into action, and continuous learning keeps our teams at the forefront of the industry. When you join DXC, you’re joining a community of specialists who inspire, support, and recognise one another.

We’re now looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant (Insurance Software) to join our growing EMEA team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting sales professionals and helping drive growth in our Insurance Software and BPS portfolio. This is an opportunity to bring your industry expertise, creativity, and technical understanding to high-impact sales engagements across EMEA.

  • Lead and orchestrate compelling responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Drive solution planning and support governance processes.
  • Deliver high-impact demonstrations, workshops, and customer presentations.
  • Anticipate and handle objections; solve client challenges collaboratively.
  • Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early discovery sessions.
  • Maintain strong awareness of the competitive landscape.

Product Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Owners to infuse industry insight into product enhancements and roadmap planning.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT executives across new and existing customers, as well as market influencers (analysts, partners).
  • Review release functionality and produce customer-facing documentation.
  • Support client feedback loops and refine materials for product adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
