Job Description:

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and results-focused Sales Professional to join our high-performing Insurance Software team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is shaping the future of insurance technology while building a rewarding and progressive career with a global technology leader.
You'll work alongside some of the industry's most experienced professionals, engaging with senior insurance executives and helping organisations transform their operations through innovative software solutions. Whether you're developing new opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, or leading complex sales engagements, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across one of DXC's most successful and established market sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Engage with C-suite and senior insurance stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities
- Position DXC's market-leading Insurance Software solutions to address client challenges and drive business value
- Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and close
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and partner teams to create compelling customer solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth
Who We're Looking For
- A proven software sales professional with experience within the insurance market
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue and winning complex enterprise deals
- Strong new business development and relationship management skills
- Comfortable operating with senior executives and business decision-makers
- Highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious with a passion for achieving results
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
