We carefully balance delivering excellent service to our customers whilst ensuring the business is run effectively. As a mutual, supporting our customers and paying their claims come first. We are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK’s largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Market Bosworth Agency as part of our succession planning.
About the role:
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a flair for sales. This role is a chance for the right candidate to join our friendly team and contribute to our ongoing growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Working as a team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products which include:
- Financial Services
- Risk Management Services
- NFU Membership
- Supporting team members in their activities
- Proactively establishing customer needs so you can help them with solutions from our full product range
About you:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the insurance industry and a good understanding of insurance products and customer service. This experience would enable them to build relationships, identify customer needs and provide professional advice and support. Applicants without insurance experience who can demonstrate strong sales, relationship building, and customer service skills will also be considered.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Good IT skills particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dynamics
- Cert CII or higher and advantage
- Previous insurance experience is highly desirable
