About the Role

At Sensée, we're looking for an experienced Insurance Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance Experts supporting a premium insurance brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is passionate about developing high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction while creating a positive and engaging team culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Insurance Experts.
  • Deliver coaching and feedback to improve performance and customer outcomes.
  • Drive achievement of sales, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Use data and MI to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Manage performance, attendance, engagement and wellbeing.
  • Support onboarding, training and ongoing colleague development.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and internal quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer-first thinking.

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading, coaching or developing successful sales or customer service teams.
  • A proven ability to improve performance through effective coaching and development.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing performance against KPIs and quality measures.
  • A data-driven approach to decision making and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to balance commercial objectives with customer outcomes and compliance requirements.
  • A positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset.

Desirable experience

  • Insurance, financial services or other regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
  • Contact centre leadership experience.
  • Exposure to personal lines, high-value or commercial insurance products

Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm - 40 hours per week

Training

  • 5 weeks classroom: 9am – 5:30pm
  • 4 weeks academy: 9am – 5pm
