Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: 12–18 months with potential conversion to our client at the end
Vantage Point is partnering with a leading consultancy in its Insurance Practice to deliver several large-scale technology replatforming programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Elevate Programme and gain hands-on experience in complex change delivery within the insurance sector.
As an Insurance Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work across business and technology teams to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of key insurance systems. You’ll help shape future operating models and play a key role in enhancing efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting large-scale system transformation and replatforming projects
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Liaising with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams
- Participating in workshops and working groups to define and deliver process improvements
- Supporting system testing, data migration, and implementation activities
- Contributing to client presentations and project documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in an insurer OR consulting environment
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on transformation programmes
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technology-literate with an interest in large-scale platform delivery
- Exposure to or understanding of Guidewire, Salesforce, ICE, or EIS platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Knowledge of pensions or insurance products is an advantage
