Marsh have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Insurer Consulting Executive in London.

Marsh’s UK Insurer Consulting Group (ICG) aims to provide insurers with tools and services designed to assist them in identifying new opportunities, improve their product offerings and increase their operational efficiency in an ever changing competitive and market environment.

As an Insurer Consulting Executive, you will be providing insights to our carrier clients to support their business plans leveraging Marsh data, placement feedback and other available data sources. You will work alongside an Insurer Consulting Leader on a portfolio of Insurers being part of a team that acts as the main focal point for the interaction with designated Insurers.

This is an ideal role for an individual who possesses strong analytical and data skills alongside relationship management skills with the ability to manage and develop a network of insurer relationships.

We Will Count On You To:

  • Coordinate and manage client meetings and internal briefings across stakeholder levels, ensuring clear follow-up, documentation and logistical oversight.
  • Prepare, analyse and present management information (MI) and data-driven insights to support proposals, client presentations and account recommendations. Ability to assess data and provide insights to the client.
  • Be proficient at using Marsh and ICG’s data systems and AI tools to understand the data, its limitations, system issues and differences in accounting / reporting systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including legal, product specialists and senior colleagues, to develop contractual documentation, gather required information and implement client solutions; escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Provide day-to-day contact for designated insurer clients.
  • Represent the firm at carrier events, cultivating professional networks and identifying opportunities to expand account activity.

What You Need To Have:

  • Good data analysis skills, the ability to deep dive into data.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Good self-motivational skills, ability to determine priorities, report status, issues and risks.
  • Experience of supporting on projects and ensuring they run smoothly, identifying any gaps or issues that may need resolving.
  • Uses creativity, analytic skills and technology to develop more efficient processes for the group.
  • Excellent organisation skills
