Job Title: Insurer Relationship Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – ideally 3 days per week in office)
Sector: Insurance Broking / Underwriting
About the Role
Our client, a leading UK insurance broking and underwriting group, is looking for a commercially minded Insurer Relationship Manager to join their Market Management team. Reporting into the Head of Market Management, this role suits someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys building partnerships, solving problems, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will manage and develop a panel of insurer relationships, identify growth opportunities, analyse performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive commercial value.

- Managing key insurer partnerships and delivering against agreed objectives
- Using data and insight to support commercial decisions and growth initiatives
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and market developments
- Resolving market and operational challenges with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments
About You
We are looking for someone ambitious, organised, and skilled at building relationships that deliver value for all stakeholders. Candidates from similar relationship management roles, or those with strong transferable skills, are encouraged to apply. Strong to advanced Excel and analytical ability, excellent stakeholder management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
