About the Role
We're working with a growing insurance technology business that's investing heavily in the next generation of digital products for the global insurance market.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, from engaging with customers and shaping requirements through to supporting delivery teams in building innovative software solutions.
You'll be joining a collaborative environment where Business Analysts are involved early in customer discussions, influence product direction, and work closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Engineering teams. The organisation is also investing significantly in Agentic AI and intelligent automation, so you'll play a key role in defining how these technologies are embedded into future insurance platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Working with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Running workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Producing user stories, process maps, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Acting as the bridge between customers, Product Management, and software engineering teams.
- Supporting pre-sales activities including client demonstrations, solution workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and requirements clarification.
- Collaborating with Product teams on new features and platform enhancements.
- Working within Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Helping shape AI-enabled products and capabilities that improve underwriting, claims, and policy administration processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
