InsureTech Sales Engineer
London / Hybrid | Up to £70k + package
I'm looking to speak with an experienced Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant with a background in insurance and a good understanding of technology.
This is a client-facing role, working closely with the sales team and insurance clients to understand their requirements, shape solutions and help take opportunities through the sales process.
You'll be involved in things like:
- Speaking with insurance clients to understand their business and technology requirements
- Supporting sales conversations, client meetings and workshops
- Helping shape and present technology solutions
- Putting together proposals, RFP/RFI responses and presentations
- Working with technical and delivery teams to make sure proposed solutions are realistic and deliverable
- Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
- Supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales process

I'm particularly interested in people who have a mix of insurance knowledge, technology and business analysis experience.
You'll need:
- Experience working within the insurance industry
- Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting or business analysis
- A good understanding of insurance processes and how insurance businesses operate
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- The ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in straightforward business terms

Salary: up to £70k + package
Location: London / Hybrid
