An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the operational leadership team in the South Gloucestershire Locality supporting the Community Nursing teams within the Integrated Network Teams (INT’s).

The Integrated Network Teams (INT’s) are integral to supporting our people of South Gloucestershire to age well - they provide a full range of nursing and therapy skills to prevent unnecessary admission; facilitate discharge and provide planned intervention to help people to remain safe, well and as independent as possible in their own home.

Our INT’s deliver out of hospital care to people in their own homes, care homes or community clinics. We provide both planned and unplanned care during the hours of 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week.

Your role will include day to day operational management and be key to maintaining and improving the performance of the INT’s; leading by example you will support the growth and development of our teams and the individual staff within them.

In turn we can provide you with a supportive environment where we are committed to your ongoing development – helping you to reach your full potential.

Your primary purpose will be to support the Assistant Locality Manager and Locality Manager in leading the Integrated Network Teams (INTs) and senior clinicians in the planning, delivery, improvement and development of a range of clinical services. You will support a number of projects that will contribute to the achievement of service objectives and wider organisational goals in line with the service specifications for BNSSG Adult Community Services Contract.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
