Bulldog Trial Lawyers is a plaintiff-side employment law firm backed by Corgi, which operates the firm's managed services organization (MSO). While our attorneys focus on delivering outstanding legal representation, Corgi handles the technology, operations, recruiting, finance, and infrastructure that keep the firm running.
We are looking for an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. The first conversation a potential client has with our firm matters. You'll guide prospective clients through the intake process, gather critical information, and ensure every qualified lead receives a fast, professional, and compassionate experience.
This is a people-focused role for someone who is organized, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant facts and documentation.
- Assess whether matters meet the firm's intake criteria using established guidelines.
- Collect employment records, timelines, and supporting evidence.
- Maintain accurate client records within the firm's case management system.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys.
- Follow up with prospective clients to obtain missing information or documentation.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with individuals experiencing workplace disputes.
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth case handoffs.
- Help improve intake processes to maximize responsiveness and client experience.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in client intake, customer service, sales, legal support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred but not required.
Compensation
Compensation is flexible based on experience.
