Intapp Developer | Intake | Conflicts | Global Law Firm

Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for an experienced Intapp Developer working onsite at a Global Law Firm client to support and enhance its Matter Management and New Business Intake platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering continuous improvements across existing Intapp solutions while contributing to strategic initiatives, including workflow transformation and Cloud Migration. Working closely with stakeholders across Risk & Compliance, Finance, IT, and Business Development, you will help design and deliver efficient, scalable matter lifecycle processes across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and support solutions within the Intapp platform.
  • Enhance matter lifecycle, conflicts, and intake workflows.
  • Configure and maintain Intapp Forms, rules, workflows, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including workflow redesign and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Support product releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimisation.

Essential Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Intapp Intake and Intapp Conflicts.
  • Proven expertise configuring Intapp Forms, workflows, rules, and datasets.
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of Risk & Compliance, Conflicts Management, and New Business Intake (NBI) processes.
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders to deliver workflow and process improvements.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within IT, application development, or workflow platforms.
  • At least 3 years' hands-on experience with Intapp Intake, Conflicts, and Walls.

This is an initial 6 month contract, paying a competitive day rate outside IR35.
