Intapp Principal Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Intapp Principal Consultant for one of our clients. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their business requirements, providing strategic guidance, and delivering successful Intapp compliance solutions as part of the Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives, operational challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to define project scope and business needs.
  • Recommend best practices and advise clients on implementing Intapp Intake and Conflicts solutions.
  • Manage and oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to design and validate business solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and client advisory sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to delivery methodologies, implementation processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities to improve future project delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience working within a professional services organization or law firm, preferably supporting Client Matter Onboarding, Finance Systems, or Compliance solutions.
  • Strong experience with Intapp Intake and Intapp Conflicts implementations.
  • Good understanding of legal business processes, including client matter onboarding and conflicts management.
  • Experience integrating legal applications with Practice Management Systems such as Elite 3E or Aderant, and Document Management Systems such as iManage or NetDocuments.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, XML, and SSRS.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process mapping, and business process analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Visio.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional Intapp Compliance products, including Walls and Terms.
  • Previous experience delivering enterprise legal technology implementation projects.
  • Strong consulting, client-facing, and solution delivery experience within the legal technology domain.
