Campaign Marketing Specialist – Physical AI & Partner Marketing (EMEA)
12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Summary
We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to drive integrated marketing campaigns supporting Physical AI, simulation technologies, robotics, and strategic partner initiatives across the EMEA region. In this role, you will execute multi-channel marketing programs, collaborate with global marketing teams, and work closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and strategic technology partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in enterprise technology, partner marketing, or integrated campaign management who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels.
What You'll Do
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting simulation technologies, Physical AI, robotics, and AI software solutions across priority EMEA markets
- Partner with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), technology partners, and regional marketing teams to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and customer engagement
- Support partner go-to-market planning by helping partners develop aligned marketing strategies, campaigns, and joint promotional activities
- Coordinate campaign execution across digital marketing, email, content, events, partner channels, and demand generation programs
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize messaging, creative assets, and campaign materials for regional audiences across EMEA
- Support promotional activities surrounding industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and regional marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations while ensuring consistent messaging and successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with content, creative, digital marketing, and campaign teams to develop regional marketing assets, landing pages, email campaigns, and partner-facing materials
- Track campaign performance, partner engagement, and marketing metrics while identifying opportunities to optimize future campaigns
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications while maintaining a high standard of execution

What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaign management, partner marketing, or enterprise technology marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and partner marketing channels
- Experience working with technology partners, ISVs, channel partners, or strategic alliances on co-marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI, cloud computing, robotics, simulation software, industrial software, or related technical industries
- Experience supporting regional marketing initiatives across EMEA markets
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across global, regional, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- French or German language proficiency is highly preferred

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience marketing Physical AI, robotics, simulation software, autonomous systems, or industrial technologies
- Experience supporting ISV, alliance, or partner marketing programs within enterprise technology organizations
- Familiarity with AI software, open models, or developer ecosystems
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, or similar tools
- Background in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, robotics, or industrial automation industries
- Experience developing integrated campaigns for enterprise software or AI technologies
