About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly, professional and motivated team in the UCLH Integrated Care Operations (ICO) service. You will be a valued member of the current administrative workforce, working closely with the various teams within the service and providing a high-quality level of administration service to the Administrative Service Manager, Senior Nurse, Head of Integrated Care Operations and Nurses within the ICO.
Key Requirements
- High level of IT skills
- Proficient in the collection, recording and analysis of data
- Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills
Key Duties
- Production of daily, weekly and monthly reports to evidence the workings of the teams
- Maintenance of databases to ensure they are meeting the needs of the service and the reliability of the data
- Minute taking
- Diary management of the Senior staff
- Provision of support across the service as/when required
