What You'll Do

As a Midweight Integrated Creative at Zest, you will be responsible for developing compelling and effective creative campaigns across the Sainsburys, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external agency partners, you will ideate campaigns for various media channels, with a particular emphasis on crafting social-first campaigns. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and impactful creative work that aligns with marketing objectives, brand identity, and channel best practises, contributing to the creative culture at Zest and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

With a keen eye for design detail and a deep passion for creative excellence, you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to concept and deliver top-quality campaigns that drive impactful results. Your ability to adapt to feedback, find innovative solutions, and maintain high standards while embracing new ways of working and staying informed about industry trends sets you apart as a valuable creative asset at Zest.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering integrated creative campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to create social-first concepts and content that perform effectively across platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across brands or campaigns.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Experience translating briefs into clear, compelling creative ideas.
