Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Integrated Designer to bridge the gap between static visual brand identity and modern motion graphics.

In this role, you will take ownership of our visual touchpoints across all digital channels—creating everything from web banners and hero sections to high-impact product showcases, animated screen transitions, and social media assets.

You are an expert in Figma, fluent in After Effects and Photoshop, and comfortable using modern AI generative tools to streamline production workflows.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where static graphics meet dynamic motion, we’d love to meet you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Figma Systems & Asset Libraries: Manage and maintain digital assets and graphic libraries in Figma.
    • Leverage components, variants, variables, and auto-layout to produce scalable website hero images, marketing banners, and product showcase assets.
  • Product Retouching & Compositing: Utilize Photoshop to execute high-quality product retouching, color correction, lighting adjustments, and natural shadow creation for composite product imagery.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Conceptualize and animate short-form video content, GIFs, screen transitions, kinetic typography, and motion graphics in After Effects for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Apply modern AI generative tools (e.g., FigmaWeave, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill) to accelerate concept generation, background creation, and design iteration.
  • Multi-Format Delivery: Deliver polished static assets alongside short-form motion graphics tailored across web, email, performance ad channels, and social media platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
