Join our Create team as an Integrated Designer!

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Integrated Graphic Designer with strong motion design skills and a passion for creating engaging advertising across digital and traditional channels.

You’ll work closely with Creatives, Strategists, Producers, Designers, Sales, and wider teams to bring client briefs to life, creating high-quality motion and static assets across social, web, TV, out-of-home, print, and other digital formats.

Our Team: How we enrich everyday life

The Integrated Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling advertising assets for Bauer Media Audio UK clients across multiple channels, including social, web, TV, out-of-home, print, and other digital formats. This is an integrated design role with motion/animation at its core: the ideal candidate will be a strong Motion Designer who is also confident producing polished static design work, particularly for digital environments.

Working as part of Bauer Create, the role brings together motion graphics, digital design, art direction, and production craft to deliver effective creative campaigns for commercial clients. By collaborating closely with Creative, Create, and production teams, the Integrated Graphic Designer will help turn client briefs into engaging, platform-ready assets that are on brand, on brief, and built to perform across the full campaign journey.

The Difference you will make

Your role:

Integrated Advertising & Asset Creation

  • Create high-quality motion and static advertising assets for Bauer clients across social, web, TV, out-of-home, print, and wider digital channels.
  • Translate client briefs and campaign ideas into visually engaging creative that works across multiple formats, placements, and audience touchpoints.
  • Develop animation, layout, typography, visual treatments, and design systems that support integrated campaign delivery.
  • Ensure all design outputs are accurate, platform-ready, and delivered to the required technical specifications.

Motion Design & Animation

  • Storyboard, conceptualise, and produce animated advertising assets, from short-form social motion through to video-led campaign executions.
  • Use motion graphics to bring campaign ideas to life in a way that feels clear, creative, and commercially effective.
  • Adapt moving-image creative for multiple platforms, ensuring assets are formatted appropriately for each channel.

Static Design

  • Produce polished static design work for digital formats, including social, display assets, web graphics, digital campaign materials, and presentation visuals.
  • Apply strong layout, typography, image treatment, and brand design principles to create clear, effective visual communication.
  • Rework, resize, and version creative assets for different channels while maintaining consistency and quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
