This role requires a strong understanding of the tax landscape, the ability to turn technical expertise into clear market propositions, and a focus on structured, proactive marketing that supports pipeline and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Tax leadership, the wider UK Integrated Marketing Communications team and our transatlantic colleagues, leading two direct reports to increase external visibility, strengthen storytelling and improve alignment across wider RSM business priorities.

You will make an impact by:

  • Working with the Tax leadership and Industry and Channel leads to identify priority growth areas, priority accounts and key tax business priorities, shaping a marketing strategy which delivers the strongest commercial opportunities
  • Working with Tax leadership and senior stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, commercial success measures and ownership of the go-to-market strategy from the outset
  • Identifying opportunities to showcase Tax expertise through thought leadership, campaigns, strategic partnerships, client stories, events, digital content, media activity and social channels
  • Supporting strong alignment across UK and transatlantic tax marketing activity, ensuring plans are joined up, roles are clear and opportunities are shared where relevant
  • Managing, coaching and developing two direct reports, setting clear priorities and creating the right conditions for high-quality delivery and professional growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
