Job Purpose
The Integrated Marketing Executive - Trade & Partnerships will coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across consumer, trade, and partner channels. The role will translate agreed commercial and marketing priorities into clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.
The role will also support travel trade and co-op marketing activity across multiple markets, acting as the day-to-day link between Marketing, Sales, Revenue, and external partners. Work will be prioritized by the Marketing Manager in line with the agreed integrated marketing plan.
Key Accountabilities
Integrated campaign planning and delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of agreed campaigns across consumer, trade, and partner channels.
- Translate campaign plans into briefs, workback schedules, asset matrices, owners, and deadlines, maintaining the integrated marketing calendar.
- Coordinate inputs across creative, CRM, web, social, paid media, PR, Revenue, and Sales. 35%
Trade partner relationships and co-op marketing
- Coordinate agreed marketing activity with priority trade partners through the relevant Country Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Support joint advertising, promotions, and partner toolkits in line with the integrated marketing plan.
- Agree objectives, deliverables, budgets, timing, and ROI measures, then track expenditure and results. 25%

Sales and commercial coordination
- Act as the day-to-day campaign coordination link between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue.
- Capture agreed market and partner requirements and route them to the appropriate marketing teams.
- Provide approved campaign materials and information; Sales retains ownership of partner relationships, negotiations, and account priorities. 10%
Marketing materials and localisation
- Coordinate the development and delivery of brochures, flyers, presentations, email assets, social content, and sales kits.
- Manage localisation and translation workflows, checking that materials use accurate product, pricing, and promotional information. 10%
Trade events
- Coordinate agreed marketing requirements for trade events, including brand assets, collateral, presentations, and follow-up materials. 5%
Marketing operations and workflow
- Manage day-to-day campaign workflow through the agreed project-management system, including briefs, feedback, approvals, and final asset delivery.
- Coordinate pre-launch checks covering messaging, pricing, itineraries, links, terms, and creative consistency.
- Provide work-in-progress updates and support priority projects allocated by the Marketing Manager. 10%

Performance reporting
- Consolidate relevant campaign measures, including bookings, revenue, lead generation, partner engagement, channel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare concise post-campaign reviews identifying results, learning, and recommended actions. 5%
Job Requirements
Educational
- A relevant degree or professional marketing qualification is useful but not essential.
Work Experience
- Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, trade marketing, partner marketing, or a comparable marketing delivery role.
Job-Specific Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and spoken English. Greek or another relevant market language would be an advantage.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when checking promotional, pricing, and itinerary information.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports demand, bookings, and revenue.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project-management platforms; familiarity with CMS, CRM, or analytics would be an advantage.
