It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.

The Opportunity – Fixed Term Contract until September 2027

This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as an Integrated Marketing Manager (FTC), leading the strategic planning and execution of our marketing animations across all channels.

In this role, you’ll lead a small, high-performing team and play a critical part in translating global strategies into effective, locally relevant campaigns that resonate with our UK audience. You’ll bring together multiple teams to deliver a seamless, 360° customer experience, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across every touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing…

You’ll take ownership of our integrated marketing approach, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly from planning through to delivery, including:

  • Act as the key UK point of contact for global marketing teams, translating global strategy into locally relevant, high-impact campaigns.
  • Own and shape the omni-channel marketing calendar, maximising key trading moments and cultural opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated, multi-brand campaigns – from global animations to local activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, E-commerce, CRM, Product, Trade and Retail teams to deliver seamless 360° campaigns.
  • Drive consistency and excellence across all campaigns, ensuring strong messaging, visual identity and best practice execution.
  • Identify trends and customer behaviours to develop relevant, insight-led content strategies.
  • Bring campaigns to life through compelling storytelling, creating meaningful customer engagement across every touchpoint.
  • Deliver a connected omnichannel experience, bridging digital and in-store to strengthen the Sephora brand experience.
  • Lead the execution of engaging in-store activations and events, in close collaboration with Retail teams.
  • Develop initiatives that drive customer engagement, footfall and loyalty programme growth.
  • Continuously improve ways of working by streamlining processes and enhancing marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
