THE ROLE
As Integrated Planning Director at Ponderosa Media, you’ll lead the development and delivery of integrated media planning across offline and digital channels. You’ll translate client business and communications objectives into evidence-led, costed and executable media plans that clearly define audiences, channel roles, investment, phasing, activation requirements and measurement.
You’ll own planning quality across Ponderosa Media, lead senior planning relationships with priority clients and remain hands-on across audience analysis, plan construction, offline planning and buying, digital integration, commercial management and effectiveness.
Working across strategy, planning, buying, activation, finance, measurement and client service, you’ll ensure offline and digital channels operate through one connected planning process. You’ll also develop the tools, standards and capability needed to create a scalable, high-quality integrated planning function.
This is a senior role for an experienced media planner who combines broad channel knowledge with analytical strength, commercial judgement and practical delivery expertise.
Turn evidence into choices. Connect every channel. Make media investment work harder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
